Terms of Usage

1. Services Provided

KittyKatDraws.com offers freelance pixel art services, including but not limited to character sprites, backgrounds, animations, and custom digital artwork. All commissioned work is delivered digitally; no physical products will be shipped.

2. Payments & Pricing

  • Services are charged based on the number of hours worked.
  • An upfront payment is required before starting the project. This is usually 5 hours but may vary depending on the client and project specifics.
  • Additional hours beyond the upfront payment will be added to the final invoice.
  • The client must fully pay the total cost before receiving the final product. No work will be delivered until full payment is received.
  • We primarily accept PayPal but alternative payment methods, including bank transfers and cryptocurrency, may be arranged upon request.
  • Cancelling orders are explained under specific conditions outlined in the refund policy.

3. Delivery & Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround time varies depending on project complexity and current workload.
  • Estimated completion time will be provided before payment is made.
  • Rush orders may be available for an extra fee.

4. Usage Rights & Copyright

  • The client has full ownership of the final product and may use it for any purpose, including commercial use, modification, resale and distribution.
  • KittyKatDraws.com cannot sell, modify or use commissioned work for any purpose other than showcasing it in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If the client requests exclusive rights preventing us from displaying the work in our portfolio, an additional fee applies.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If no work has been started, a full refund will be issued.
  • If work has already begun, a partial refund may be granted based on the remaining hours, subject to discussion.
  • If the final product cannot be delivered on time and the client has not requested any changes nor edit request on the work that is processing, they may request a refund.
  • If the client has requested any modifications or additional work at any stage, a refund due to late delivery is not possible.
  • If we are unable to complete a commission, a full or partial refund will be issued.
  • If a chargeback is initiated without valid reason, the client will be blacklisted from future commissions.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Personal and payment information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Communications regarding commissions are private; clients may not publicly share confidential discussions without consent

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes should be resolved through direct communication first.
  • If an agreement cannot be reached, legal actions will be taken under the governing laws of Lithuania and applicable EU regulations.

8. Amendments to Terms

KittyKatDraws.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
